條款及細則

「龍年盛典: 名奢飛躍新春賞」(「推廣活動」) 的主辦機構為保樂力加亞洲免稅有限公司 (以下簡稱「本公司」)
參加者必須為年滿18歲之香港居民 (有效香港特別行政區身份證之持有人)。
推廣活動之推廣期由2024年1月8日至2024年2月29日 (包括首尾兩日) (「推廣期」)。
本公司將於2024年3月8日於參加者名單內以電腦隨機方式抽出349名得獎者 。每位參加者於整個推廣期內只限獲獎一次。獎賞詳情請參考以下列表：

推廣期內參加者通過以下方法累積抽獎機會:
方法
a. 推廣期內參加者於香港可發出有效正本機印或電子收據的零售商戶(包括超級市場、便利店、網上商店等)、食肆、酒吧或其他餐飲處所購買任何馬爹利干邑滿$500港元，上載有效正本機印或電子收據到Martell.com活動推廣專頁，經審核後可獲1次抽獎機會。收據影印本、重印收據、分拆之收據、批發商或手寫收據恕不接受。
b. 每張收據購買馬爹利干邑滿$500港元經審核後可獲1次抽獎機會，每張收據購買馬爹利干邑滿$1000港元經審核後可獲2次抽獎機會，如此類推。
香港可發出有效正本機印或電子收據的零售商戶(包括超級市場、便利店等)、食肆、酒吧或其他餐飲處所須以收據正本或副本領取獎品。
網上商店將以電郵賬單或電郵訂購確認書代替收據正本
c. 參加者需上載有效正本機印或電子收據到Martell.com活動推廣專頁，並根據指示輸入參加者身份證上的頭4位字母和數字、英文全名、電郵地址、手提電話號碼、商戶名稱、收據發出日期、馬爹利干邑消費總額，方可參加是次推廣活動。
d. 每位參加者參加次數不限，唯每張收據只限登記一次，任何重複或錯誤輸入資料，即告作廢。每名參加者只限中獎一次。
e. 合資格收據正本必須為推廣期內之商戶收據。收據正本上必須清楚列明商戶名稱、收據發出日期、收據發出時間、收據編號及所購買之馬爹利干邑產品名稱及價格。收據影印本、重印收據、分拆之收據、批發商或手寫收據恕不接受。
f. 參加資格在是次抽獎活動以單一收據計算及以折實後最終付款價錢計算，不接受合併收據。

得獎名單將於2024 年3月 12日於MARTELL.COM活動推廣專頁公布，「龍年盛典: 名奢飛躍新春賞」的所有得獎名單亦將於2024 年3月 13 日刊登於《星島日報》及《英文虎報》。

得獎者將於抽獎日當日起計5日內收到由本公司以電郵或短訊發出之得獎通知，本公司將根據參加者登記時所提供的電郵地址或電話號碼進行聯絡，得獎者須按電郵或短訊的指示和條款及細則領獎。

若本公司於抽獎日後30日內仍未能與各得獎者聯絡上，該得獎名額將作棄權論，本公司有權將該得獎名額取消。

得獎者須於領獎時出示香港身份證以作核對及領獎證明。如參加者身份證上的英文或中文全名，與所輸入之資料不符，其得獎資格將被取消。

得獎者於領獎時未能出示香港身份證，其得獎資格將被取消。

所有獎品須由得獎者本人於指定時間內親身前往指定地點領取獎品並同意有關獎品之條款及細則，不可授權代領。得獎者須同意所有領獎時拍攝的影片及照片本公司可用於任何途徑作本次活動宣傳用途或之後作營銷或宣傳之用。參加者理解並同意於推廣活動所提供的個人資料可能於推廣活動期間或之後作營銷或宣傳之用。在參加者表明同意之情況下，本公司或保樂力加集團的任何其他實體，日後可向參加者發送推廣信息。

所有獎品均不得轉讓、轉售、退換或兌換現金。

不論任何原因，如得獎者沒有在指定領獎期內領取獎品，及本公司於抽獎日後30日內仍未能與得獎者聯絡上，其得獎資格將會被取消而不作另行通知，獎品亦將被視作被沒收。

對於參加者或得獎者因參與本推廣活動而產生或遭受的任何損害、損失、索賠、費用或訴訟，本公司概不負責。

如獎品在領取後有遺失、或被竊，本公司將不會補發。

宣傳圖片只供參考，獎品以實物為準。

參加者所輸入的資料將不可更改，所有資料均以Martell.com專頁登記之記錄為準，任何重覆、錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效。若活動所填寫之資料不實、不完整或不正確，導致得獎者無法收到得獎通知或無法領取獎品，本公司恕不負責。若用仍作登記的電話號碼或電郵不在使用中、不正確、已更改或無法通過電話號碼通知得獎者，相關得獎事宜將被視作無效。

推廣期時間及得獎數據以本公司的電腦紀錄為準。參加者或得獎者對於是次活動及評審決定均不得異議。

本推廣活動如有任何因電腦、網絡、電話、技術或其他不可歸責於本公司之事由，而使參加者或得獎者所登錄之資料或本公司發出之得獎通知有遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或損毀，導致資料無效之情況，本公司不負任何法律責任，參加者或得獎者均不得異議。

任何有關參加是次推廣活動及/或領取獎品的懷疑或證實的詐騙個案，及/或懷疑或證實的濫用個案，將可能導致參加者的登記及/或得獎者應得之獎品被即時取消及/或中止。

本公司之員工及其家屬均不得參加，以示公允。

本公司會確保所收集、傳送、儲存及使用的個人資料將遵照香港特別行政區法例第486章《個人資料（私隱）條例》的規定處理。

以任何非法或欺騙行為破壞活動規則者，其參加及或得獎資格將作廢。本公司並對有關參加者或得獎者保留法律追訴權。

如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。

Celebrate the Year of the dragon with Martell Cognac and win amazing prizes (the “Promotion”) 
Terms and Conditions

The organizer of the Celebrate the Year of the dragon with Martell Cognac and win amazing prizes (the “Promotion”) is Pernod Ricard Asia Duty Free Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)
Participants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above (holders of valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region identity cards).
The promotion period of the Promotion is from January 8, 2024 to February 29, 2024 (including the first and last days) (the “Promotion Period”).
The Company will randomly draw 349 winners from the list of participants by computer on March 8, 2024. Each participant is limited to one prize during the entire Promotion Period. For details of the prizes, please refer to the following list:

Participants accumulate lucky draw chances during the Promotion Period through the following methods: Method a. During the Promotion Period, participants who purchase any Martell cognac worth $500 Hong Kong dollars or more from retailers in Hong Kong that can issue valid machine-printed or electronic receipts (including supermarkets, convenience stores, online stores, etc.), restaurants, bars or other catering venues, upload valid machine-printed or electronic receipts to the Martell.com promotion page, and after verification, they can get 1 lucky draw chance.

a. Photocopies of receipts, reprinted receipts, split receipts, wholesalers or handwritten receipts are not accepted.
b. Each receipt that purchases Martell cognac worth $500 Hong Kong dollars or more after verification can get 1 lucky draw chance, each receipt that purchases Martell cognac worth $1000 Hong Kong dollars or more after verification can get 2 lucky draw chances, and so on. Retailers in Hong Kong that can issue valid machine-printed or electronic receipts (including supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.), restaurants, bars or other catering venues must collect the prizes with the original or copy of the receipt. Online stores will use email bills or email order confirmation letters instead of the original receipt
c. Participants need to upload valid machine-printed or electronic receipts to the Martell.com promotion page, and follow the instructions to enter the first 4 letters and numbers of the participant’s identity card, full English name, email address, mobile phone number, merchant name, receipt issuance date, and total consumption of Martell cognac to participate in this promotion.
d. Each participant can participate in the promotion unlimited times, but each receipt is limited to one registration, and any duplicate or incorrect input data will be invalidated. Each participant is limited to one prize.
e. The eligible receipt must be a merchant receipt issued during the Promotion Period. The receipt must clearly state the merchant name, receipt issuance date, receipt issuance time, receipt number, and the name and price of the purchased Martell cognac product. Photocopies of receipts, reprinted receipts, split receipts, wholesalers or handwritten receipts are not accepted.
f. The eligibility to participate in this lucky draw is calculated based on a single receipt and the final payment price after discount, and combined receipts are not accepted.

The list of winners will be announced on the MARTELL.COM promotion page on March 12, 2024, and the list of all winners of the Celebrate the Year of the dragon with Martell Cognac and win amazing prizes will also be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on March 13, 2024.

The winners will receive a notification of winning by email or SMS from the Company within 5 days from the date of the lucky draw. The Company will contact the winners based on the email address or phone number provided by the participants when they register. The winners must follow the instructions and terms and conditions of the email or SMS to claim the prize.

If the Company is still unable to contact the winners within 30 days after the lucky draw, the winning quota will be forfeited and the Company has the right to cancel the winning quota.

The winners must present their Hong Kong identity cards for verification and proof of winning when claiming the prize. If the English or Chinese full name on the participant’s identity card does not match the data entered, the winning qualification will be cancelled.

The winners will be disqualified from winning if they fail to present their Hong Kong identity cards when claiming the prize.

All prizes must be collected by the winners in person at the designated time and place and agree to the terms and conditions of the prizes. No authorization is allowed. The winners agree that all videos and photos taken at the time of prize collection can be used by the Company for any purpose of this event promotion or for marketing or promotion purposes afterwards. Participants understand and agree that the personal data provided in the Promotion may be used for marketing or promotion purposes during or after the Promotion. With the consent of the participants, the Company or any other entity of the Pernod Ricard Group may send promotional information to the participants in the future.
All prizes are not transferable, resalable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Regardless of any reason, if the winner does not claim the prize within the specified prize collection period, and the Company is still unable to contact the winner within 30 days after the lucky draw, the winning qualification will be cancelled without further notice, and the prize will be deemed to be forfeited.

The Company is not responsible for any damage, loss, claim, expense or litigation caused or suffered by the participants or winners as a result of participating in this Promotion.

If the prize is lost or stolen after collection, the Company will not reissue it.

Promotional images are for reference only, and the prizes are subject to the actual product.

The data entered by the participants cannot be changed, and all data are subject to the records registered on the Martell.com page. Any duplicate, incorrect or incomplete data will be deemed invalid. The Company is not responsible if the winner cannot receive the notification of winning or cannot claim the prize due to false, incomplete or incorrect information provided by the participant. If the phone number or email used for registration is no longer in use, incorrect, changed or cannot be notified by phone number, the relevant winning matters will be deemed invalid.

The time and winning data of the Promotion Period are subject to the computer records of the Company. Participants or winners shall not object to the Promotion and/or the judging decision.
The Company is not liable for any loss, error, unrecognizable or damage of the data or the notification of winning issued by the Company caused by any computer, network, telephone, technical or other reasons that are not attributable to the Company, resulting in invalid data. Participants or winners shall not object.

Any suspected or confirmed fraud cases and/or suspected or confirmed abuse cases related to participation in this Promotion and/or claiming prizes may result in the cancellation and/or suspension of the registration and/or the prize that the participant or winner is entitled to.

The employees and their family members of the Company are not allowed to participate, in order to be fair.

The Company will ensure that the personal data collected, transmitted, stored and used will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Those who disrupt the rules of the activity by any illegal or fraudulent behavior will have their participation and/or winning qualifications invalidated. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against the relevant participants or winners.

The Company reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
